Privacy, in plain English.

This page explains what happens to your details when you use the AI Clarity Engine or contact AUUSI. It is deliberately short, because there is not much going on.

The short version

We collect what you type into the AI Clarity Engine or the quote form, we use it to prepare your report, reply to you and follow up, and we do not do anything else with it. There is no mailing list, no advertising tracking, and nothing is sold or shared for marketing.

Who is responsible

AUUSI is a trading name of Wild Hearts Publishing Pty Ltd (ABN 34 695 911 025), based in Canberra, ACT, Australia. Questions about anything on this page go to info@wildheartspublishing.com.au.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us:

We do not ask for, and you should not send, sensitive information through either form: health details, financial account numbers, client names, or anything covered by a professional confidentiality obligation. The AI Clarity Engine only asks which kinds of sensitive information your business handles, never the information itself. If that sort of information is relevant to your enquiry, tell us when we reply and we will agree a proper way to handle it.

What we do with it

We read it and we act on it. That is the whole purpose. Your report is built in your browser, and when you ask for it your answers are sent to us so that we can email you a copy and follow up on it, including with a quote if you ask for one. Your details are used for that, and for nothing else unless you later become a client and we agree otherwise in writing.

We will not add you to a mailing list, put you into an automated sales sequence, or pass your details to another business.

Where it is stored

Reports and enquiries are sent to us, and to you, by email through Resend, our email delivery provider, and arrive in a business email account that only the founder reads. Where the website quote form is used, it may also be recorded in a private spreadsheet in Google Workspace. While you fill in the AI Clarity Engine, your answers are kept in your own browser tab's temporary storage so a refresh does not lose them. Your contact details are not kept there, and the draft is cleared when your report is built.

If you unlock the $20 full report, your payment is handled entirely by Stripe: we never see or store your card details, only that the payment succeeded, your email address, and a reference number linking it to your report. Nothing about the report's content is sent to Stripe, and no answers are sent to us again at that point; they were already sent when your free summary was built.

This site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses for security and diagnostics. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google sees your IP address when the page loads. That is true of most sites on the internet, and we mention it because it is the kind of thing that should be mentioned.

Some of these providers (Resend, Stripe, Google, Vercel) store data outside Australia, including in the United States.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising or social media tracking pixels. There is nothing to opt out of, which is why there is no cookie banner.

How long we keep it

Reports and enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twelve months. If you become a client, we keep the records for as long as we need to for the engagement and for the period required by Australian tax and business record-keeping obligations, then delete them.

Getting your information, or having it deleted

Email info@wildheartspublishing.com.au and ask. You can request a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will action it within a reasonable time and there is no charge.

We handle personal information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a privacy issue, tell us first so we can fix it. If that does not resolve it, you can raise the matter with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Client information during an engagement

If you engage AUUSI, we will see how your business works, and often the tools and data inside it. That information is treated as confidential. Before any AI tool touches your data, the written report sets out where that data goes, whether it leaves Australia, and what should be kept out of the system entirely. You approve that before anything is built.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes affecting people who have already contacted us will be notified by email.
