Most consultants audit a business before the owner has the AI literacy to describe their own problems. We ask and teach first, so the report that follows is grounded in your reality, not our guess. Curious what is worth automating before you talk to anyone? Start here.
The free AI Clarity Engine asks what a discovery call would, then gives you a written report on where to start and where the groundwork should come first.
Free checkA half-day, plain-English session with you and your team. Your inbox, your quoting, your rosters, not slideware.

Not sure which side you are on? The free AI readiness report answers this from your actual answers, not a guess from a list.

A half-day working session in plain English, using your actual work. Enough grounding that everything after it makes sense.
The written report. A personally reviewed look at your workflows, tools and time-sinks, delivered as a sequenced, costed roadmap that’s yours to keep.
A 2–4 week build of your top workflows (enquiry triage, quote follow-up, content pipelines, document intake) running in your business, not a demo.
The part most consultants skip: keeping it working. Monthly retainers, cancel anytime. A lock-in contract would contradict everything above.

If your business isn’t ready for AI, we’ll tell you in your free summary, before you’ve spent a dollar.
Around two-thirds of small business owners don’t trust AI decision-making. We think that’s a reasonable starting position, and the only cure for it is straight answers.
AUUSI’s founder runs multiple brands (publishing, education, e-commerce) on an AI crew she built herself. What we install for you is the operating model already running our own companies. A reference case, not a pitch deck.
Privacy, client confidentiality, industry rules: the questions that stop most owners from touching AI are built into our check and our report from the start, not tacked on as a footnote. You get plain-English guidance on what to keep out of AI tools. It is general information, not legal advice.
Canberra-based and ADF veteran founded, built for Australian small businesses. Fixed prices, plain English, and no hype.
Two thirds of Australian small business owners say they do not trust AI to make decisions. These are the objections behind that number, answered properly rather than sold around.
Then the report will put the groundwork first, and if you ask us for a quote I will tell you plainly when there is nothing worth building. That is not modesty. It is the fastest way to protect a reputation in a market this small. A business with clean, simple, low-volume admin often has nothing worth automating, and taking your money to prove it would be a poor trade for both of us.
Somewhere specific, and you will be told where before anything is built. Every written AI Readiness Report includes a data and privacy view: which tools touch which information, whether it leaves Australia, what is retained and for how long, and what has to stay out of the system entirely.
Some of your data should never go near a general AI tool. Working out which part is a large fraction of the value here, particularly if you handle health records, financial details, or anything covered by a professional obligation. This is operational guidance, not legal advice.
No, and the order of the five stages exists precisely because you are not. The free AI Clarity Engine asks about your week in plain words, so you can point at the parts that hurt without any technical vocabulary.
The optional Upskill session then gives you enough grounding to judge the advice you are being given, including ours.
A course ends with you knowing things. This ends with software running in your business while you are asleep. Teaching is one stage of five, and it exists to make the other four accurate, not to be the product.
If what you want is genuinely to learn AI for yourself rather than to change how your business runs, say so when you ask for a quote. That is a different service and I will point you at one.
Every price on this page is fixed and agreed in writing before work starts. There is no hourly creep and no discovery phase that quietly bills.
The costs that are genuinely not included are the AI tool subscriptions themselves, typically twenty to eighty dollars a month per tool, and they are named, with prices, in your written report before you commit to anything. No GST is charged on any price shown. See the full breakdown in what AI automation actually costs.
The free summary is instant, and a copy is emailed to you. The Upskill session is a half day. The written report is turned around in about a week from when we have your answers. An implementation sprint runs two to four weeks and ends with something live, not a prototype.
So from first question to a working workflow is usually four to six weeks, assuming you have the time to be in the room for the parts that need you.
No. It is general information produced from the answers you give. It is not legal, privacy, financial, tax, employment or other professional advice, it is not a compliance or security audit, and it cannot see inside your business. Check anything that matters with a suitably qualified professional before you rely on it.
No. Retainers are monthly and you can cancel at the end of any month. There is no minimum term, no exit fee and no notice period beyond the month you are in.
A lock-in contract would contradict the entire promise on this page. If the work stops being worth the money, the honest outcome is that you stop paying for it.
No. AUUSI is Canberra-based and works with small businesses across Australia. The Upskill session and the sprints run just as well over video, and most of the implementation work happens between meetings regardless.
If you are in Canberra and would rather do the team session in person, that is straightforward to arrange.
