How it works
The report is Stage 3 of five. The free AI Clarity Engine comes first, and gives us the answers a discovery call would. The half-day Team AI Session is optional, and worth it if your team is new to AI. We then turn around your written report in about a week from when we have your answers. From your first answers to a working workflow is usually four to six weeks, assuming you’re available for the parts that need you.

$2,500 fixed fee · no GST charged
Agreed in writing before work starts. No hourly creep and no discovery phase that quietly bills.

Boundaries
Useful starting points for the privacy side, from the sources we work from: the Australian Privacy Principles, the OAIC’s guidance on privacy and commercially available AI products, and the government’s Voluntary AI Safety Standard.
The free summary, the $20 full report and the written report give general, practical operational information, including a data and privacy view. They are not legal, privacy, cybersecurity, financial, employment or regulatory advice, and they are not a compliance or security audit. You should not rely on them for any of those things. What is the AI Readiness Report?

How is it different from the free summary?
The free AI Clarity summary and the $20 full report are generated instantly from your answers. The written report is reviewed and written by a person for your business, names the tools and costs each move, and includes a written data and privacy view for the tools it recommends.
What if AI won’t help my business?
Then the free summary will put the groundwork first, and if you ask us for a quote we’ll tell you plainly when there is nothing worth building. A business with clean, simple, low-volume admin often has nothing worth automating, and taking your money to prove it would be a poor trade for both of us.
How much does it cost?
$2,500, fixed and agreed in writing before work starts. AI tool subscriptions aren’t included; they’re named with prices in your report before you commit to anything.
How long does it take?
About a week from when we have your answers. From first answers to a working workflow is usually four to six weeks.
Where does my client data go?
Somewhere specific, and you’ll be told where before anything is built. Every written report includes a data and privacy view covering which tools touch which information, whether it leaves Australia, what is retained, and what has to stay out of the system entirely. It is general operational information, not legal advice.
Do I have to use AUUSI to implement it?
No. The roadmap is yours to keep. You can execute it with us, with another provider, or yourself.
Do I need the Team AI Session first?
No. It is optional. It helps if your team is new to AI, but you can go straight from the free check to the written report.
Can it be done remotely?
Yes. AUUSI is Canberra-based and works with small businesses across Australia over video. If you’re in Canberra and prefer in person, that’s straightforward to arrange.
