Terms, in plain English.
These terms apply when you use the AI Clarity Engine, or book a session, a written report, an implementation sprint or a retainer with AUUSI. By using the free tool, or booking or paying for any of the paid services, you accept them.
Last updated 28 September 2026The short version
Every engagement is fixed-price and agreed in writing before work starts. There is no hourly creep. You can cancel a retainer at any time. Nothing here excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Who you are dealing with
AUUSI is a trading name of Wild Hearts Publishing Pty Ltd (ABN 34 695 911 025), based in Canberra, ACT, Australia. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Wild Hearts Publishing Pty Ltd trading as AUUSI.
What we offer
- AI Clarity Engine: a free, self-serve questionnaire that produces a free summary from the answers you give, with a one-off $20 unlock for the full report. No obligation to buy the unlock.
- Team AI Session: a fixed-price half-day upskilling session on your own work.
- AI Readiness Report: a fixed-price written roadmap of your highest-value AI moves, reviewed and written by us.
- Implementation Sprint: a fixed-price, fixed-scope build of one or two workflows, with handover training.
- Ongoing AI Ops retainer: a monthly retainer to keep workflows running and extend the roadmap. You can cancel any month.
Exact price and scope for your engagement are set out in writing (quote, proposal or invoice) before you commit to anything. That written scope, not the general descriptions on this site, governs what is delivered.
The AI Clarity Engine: free summary and the $20 full report
The free summary and the $20 full report are both produced automatically from the answers you give. They are general information only. It is not legal, privacy, financial, tax, employment, cybersecurity or other professional advice, it is not a compliance or security audit, and it does not predict savings or results. It cannot see inside your business, and it is only as accurate as your answers. Do not rely on it for any decision that needs professional advice, and check anything that matters with a suitably qualified professional. The free summary is provided free, so to the extent the law allows we accept no liability for loss arising from your reliance on it. Nothing here excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
When you ask for your free summary, the answers and contact details you give are sent to us, and a copy is emailed to you. How we handle them is set out in the privacy note.
The $20 full report unlocks immediately in your browser once payment is confirmed, and it is built entirely from the answers you already gave: nothing further is asked of you at checkout beyond payment and billing details, which Stripe collects and processes on our behalf. Because it is supplied digitally and immediately, once you ask us to make it available you lose the 14-day right to withdraw that would otherwise apply to an online purchase, to the extent that right would apply. It is a one-off payment, not a subscription, and there is nothing to cancel. If the unlock genuinely fails to work for you, contact info@wildheartspublishing.com.au with your reference number and we will sort it out.
Booking, payment and scheduling
- Sessions, written reports and sprints are invoiced according to the payment schedule agreed in writing for that engagement, typically before or at the start of work.
- Prices shown on this site are in Australian dollars. AUUSI is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged. If that changes, the price you agreed in writing is the price you pay.
- The retainer is billed monthly in advance and renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time from your side by emailing us; cancellation stops future billing and the current month runs to its end.
- If you need to reschedule a session or sprint, tell us as early as you can. We will always try to find a new time, but a booking made for a specific date may not be refundable if you cancel it at very short notice.
What we need from you
Fixed-price work depends on the scope agreed up front and on you giving us reasonable access to the people, systems and information the engagement needs. If the scope changes materially once we are underway, for example a broader set of workflows or systems than originally agreed, we will discuss it with you and put any change in price or timeline in writing before continuing.
Confidentiality and your data
During an engagement we may see how your business works and the tools and data inside it. We treat that as confidential and do not share it outside the engagement. Before any AI tool touches your data, the relevant piece of work sets out where that data goes, whether it leaves Australia, and what should stay out of the system entirely. You approve that before anything is built. See the privacy page for how we handle personal information generally.
Intellectual property
Once an engagement is paid in full, the specific deliverables produced for you, such as the written report, the workflow configuration and any handover materials, are yours to use in your business. AUUSI retains ownership of its own pre-existing methods, templates, frameworks and know-how, including where they are reused or adapted in your deliverables, and may reuse that underlying material for other clients.
No guaranteed outcomes
Our reports and recommendations are general, practical operational guidance given in good faith based on what you tell us and what we observe. They are not legal, privacy, financial, tax, employment, cybersecurity or regulatory advice, and they are not a guarantee that a particular tool, workflow or outcome will suit your business. Where a question needs a specialist, we will say so, and you should take it to one. We will tell you plainly if we think AI will not help with something. You remain responsible for decisions you make about your own business, including which AI tools you subscribe to and how you use them. Tool subscription costs are separate from our fees and are disclosed with pricing before you commit.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes the consumer guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to those rights, our liability to you for any engagement is limited to the amount you paid us for that engagement.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory. We may update these terms from time to time, and will post the current version here with its date. Changes do not apply to an engagement already agreed in writing.
